Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel has somewhat smaller rooms than expected for this class, but they were surprisingly clean and comfortable. The service was excellent and very helpful, although we missed information about free parking during the weekend. The location is ideal, a short walk from the river and filled with restaurants and bars. The dining experience was basic buffet style but somewhat chaotic. Overall, a mixed bag with some positives and negatives.
The hotel felt like a mixed bag for me. The room didn't match the online pictures and was a bit old and dark initially, but we were moved to a better one, making me feel like a King/Queen. However, it was quite pricey at €270 per night, and the road-facing view wasn't ideal.
I found my stay at the hotel to be quite pleasant overall. The rooms were a bit too hot for my liking, but they were lovely, and the staff was very friendly. Mornings could get a bit busy. Despite the temperature issue, the consistent warmth is typical for European hotels during cooler seasons.
I had a great time at the hotel! The staff was really helpful and the breakfast was one of the best I've had. The room was clean and modern, but it's located in a long, corridor-like area which the staff finds hard to keep clean. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
The hotel had lovely and clean rooms, reminiscent of a Premier Inn in the UK, but with pretty old furnishings. There were 5 coffee machines, yet the rooms were a bit small and angled. The service was fantastic, with friendly and extremely helpful staff, especially a young lady who made the experience exceptional. The location was excellent, with easy access to ruin bars, cafes, restaurants, and even a Metro Station just outside. The dining experience was good, offering a standard buffet with delicious croissants. However, the rooms were small, and the price could have been more favorable.
